Co-Founder

Joseph VanDerMark is the Co-Founder of Ethos Integrity Group, where he oversees operations, restoration strategy, and project documentation.

Joseph specializes in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, structural drying, and restoration project management. His work follows recognized industry standards including the IICRC S500, S520 and S700 guidelines for water damage restoration and mold remediation.

Joseph holds multiple professional certifications in the restoration industry and has completed extensive technical training in water damage mitigation, structural drying, odor control, and microbial remediation. His certifications include:

• IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
• IICRC Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
• IICRC Odor Control Technician (OCT)
• NORMI Mold-Related Services Remediator (MRSR)

Through this training, Joseph has developed a strong understanding of drying science, contamination control, and proper restoration procedures. He places a strong emphasis on thorough mitigation, accurate documentation, and industry-compliant restoration practices.

Joseph also has experience working directly with insurance carriers and adjusters, helping ensure mitigation scopes and documentation align with the expectations of the insurance claims process. His goal is to protect property owners while ensuring restoration work is performed properly and professionally.

Joseph is passionate about helping property owners navigate difficult situations after water or mold damage and believes restoration should always be performed with integrity, transparency, and technical expertise.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active when he can, cooking, and relaxing with a good comedy.
